Michael Boaz, forty five, and Christopher Augustus, forty, of Clinton, Kentucky were billed by indictment with conspiracy to commit overall health treatment fraud, health and fitness treatment fraud, and aggravated identity theft in reference to an alleged plan to fraudulently obtain more than $one,000,000 from overall health care benefit packages.
